Mine got pushed back, until at least first week of January.
Responses:
It closes when all the docs are in one place with me. Hopefully tomorrow, can't get keys until next week though when it gets recorded.

It works out best when there are multiple rooms. Charge like $500-600 per room which will be much greater than the mortgage. -- nm
