So many things to do: buy washer/dryer/fridge, get them delivered/installed, interview prospective tenants I haven't met yet, figure out who's going to work out best living with whom, do minor fixup stuff found in the home inspection, christen the house, etc.

At least this thing is going to be a cash cow. Rent>2*(mortgage+tax+insurance)
My financial life just got way more complicated.
