shhhh, here's a secret

The rx drug and the otc drug are the same except for the directions. If you got it with a doc's prescription you could have 8 per day, but you'd really have to push fluids.
Normally, most problems clear up with the second dose. If you have to take more than 8, you should really call a doctor.
