I was a total vegetarian for ~15 years. there's so much good veggie stuff, there just wasn't a need to ick it out with
|
gross substitutes. I had infrequent brushes with the fake stuff, but that was it.
(there have been some improvements in offerings in recent years, I know; but still, esp. if still eat dairy...)
