I agree with kare on this. Having a set of criteria on your search is a smart move.

I am 40 years old. The "just date and make it work" doesn't work for me.
If needles make you squeemish you don't go into the medical industry hoping you will change your mind later. Look for something that fits, don't try to force fit something.
It's the same as me looking for a non smoker. Why would I date someone that smokes in hopes they will quit someday? Why not just date non smokers?
