i'm right there with ya Jen

my pantry always has wild rice, basmati, arborio, plain old converted (usually uncle ben's or riceland) and orzo. depending on what it's accompanying i like to cook up different mixtures of these. i also like the addition of toasted almond slivers, pine nuts or cashews as well. who needs rice-a-roni or any of the other rice box-mixes?
