People "follow" you on twitter which means they get notified of your "tweets" but unless you lock down the privacy, anyone can still see it if they go to the page

Yeah - Sign up for the Twitter feed and get updates, schedule changes, etc. delivered right to your phone. -- nm

Yes. I find the "following" aspect useful, but I only did so after starting to use Digsby for instant messaging because the tweets pop up on my desk
