I think it's a pretty close tie between Google and High Speed Internet, with "social networking sites" being third.

High Speed internet has changed a lot of the other devices listed, but Google opened the internet up. If we were still on dial-up speeds (a lot still are), Google still changed the way people look at the internet.
Facebook/MySpace didn't invent the social networking impact, but they and others like them had a huge impact on the decade.
