one individual sized pizza from Uno's is 2300 calories the equivalent of two large pizzas from Papa John's

one calabrese sandwich with lettuce and tomato is the equivalent of two orders of chicken wings at Denny's

one chicken thai salad was the equivalent of 10 krispy kremes
