so in regards to that netgear thing to speed up the network..let me see if I have this right...

I buy 2 of them.

Hook one of them up at the modem entry point. Before the modem. Hook the modem into it via cat 5.

Then I hook the 2nd powerline adapter downstairs in the electrical outlet and hook my Xbox up to it directly and it will run on the network?
