caprese sandwich 680 calories, 32g fat = similar calories as 2 orders (18) wings at denny's
cpk thai chicken salad 2,115 calories = similar calories to 10.5 kk sugar donuts
uno's indiv. pizza (looks like deep dish with meat and cheese) 2300 calories 165g of fat = fat grams of 20 pieces papa john's pizza, not calories. 2 slices of the pj pizza he showed are around 450 calories.
some other comparisons were for fat grams alone.
