No one disputes that he could sit there mum and that's that. But do you really believe that a military interrogater wouldn't have a better chance....

...Of getting information from him than they will get out of him now? Maybe you do, but that seems a little bit of a reach, doesn't it?

And I'm not talking about water boarding or things like that, but I would imagine that some legal techniques used under the military circumstances are not particular in a criminal interrogations.
