sure, you likely knew what might be coming; but, no, it's not entirely your fault.
I don't know other details, but from this my read is along these lines:
even with what she's written here, it's clear she's been active in your exchanges and shared thoughts. it sucks that she continues to share all those wishes and that she's partly fallen for you, when she's open to taking huge steps with someone else. having conflicting feelings is different than sharing them with someone like you (i.e., someone who it's clear has certain feelings). she's tied to him, she likely knew full well she was at least likely to head that way; and leaving the door open for someone else is not right.
