They've been looking for a house now for several months. This is well before we realized that we had any sort of feelings for each other.
This is a little tough to explain without WoW familiarity but they didn't play the game together much at all until very recently, when the boyfriend (who I think was getting suspicious of something) dropped quite a few bucks on both a server and faction transfer for *two* characters so that he could be in the guild we're in. To not play the game together for nearly 3 years and then to suddenly pay ~$100 so you can play with/keep tabs on your girlfriend?
Also...it took this dumbass four years to realize how fucking amazing she is? I'd like to think that it took someone else to potentially come along (she's told me that she's been acting goofy lately, especially once our flirting started, thus adding to his suspicions) that made him suddenly realize that he wanted to be with her.
