bathroom that *nobody ever uses*. said sink seems a little slow in draining, then you walk into the attached laundry room and the floor drain is overflowing. do you:
1) call the landlord first thing wednesday morning?
2) tell your housemates, and keep it from the landlord?
3) tell nobody and assume nobody will find it by next wednesday (and even if they do, at least then it's not your problem)?
4)something else?
bear in mind you'd really like your 2-week deposit back, and you suspect the landlord would seize on the slightest chance not to refund, despite the fact that his actions on anything maintenance-related in the last year have amounted to sweet fuck all.
me: 3. I'm a bad tenant.
