Oh come on. I can understand Chloe, and even "get" Angela, But SS is batshit crazy.

My favorite is when she declared she was a "Jew from another time who'd lost her way" If course this was after she made friends with the elderly lady upstairs. She managed to worm her way into the soon to die fossil's heart. Sure enough, fossil dies having changed her will to leave most of her fortune to SS and just token gifts to the blood relatives.
Then there's something weird going on with this foreign child she adopted.
And remember a few years ago her husband got bitten on the foot by the Komodo Dragon and she just blew him off.
