do you guys want to hear something really sweet that nobody cares about?

I was traveling for several weeks over a break and assigned one of my friends the task of feeding dr. j in my absence. I would hear from my friend daily about BS ("ugly new bartender at apple" "just made cup of tea") but nothing about poor, poor jupiter.
I was worried jupiter's medical license had expired and came home, fearing the worst. jupiter was *fine.* fresh water, new ribbon, clean, swimmy.
I was like, dude, why didn't you tell me all those days that my best (fish) friend was fine?? I was so worried!
he was like, MARY. DARLING. I sent you every single day a photo of your fish? did you not get them?
and I was like, no. wait, what?
and he showed me a series of photos in his phone of the fabulous jupiter that he had sent me VIA MMS.
I was so touched that he had thought to send me photos. I almost didn't care that he was too dim to know that there was no MMS on the iphone.
