there are plenty of doctors out there would be happy to get a new patient.
My pulmonologist who I saw in the hospital, I followed up with him, he pulled up a chair in the room and talked to be for about 20 minutes, answered all my questions, developed a plan, and followed up, inclduing giving me a pager number to get him at the first sign of the symptoms.
Best experience with a doctor ever, and I found him by accident, really.
