today he had surgery to remove a very large tumor (rare type) from his right lung. It was 10 cm, located at the top of the lung. The docs went in and found that it was attached to the pulmonary artery. my other friends and I are trying to work out why they didn't take out the lung.

it sucks and we're upset and just trying to figure out what's going on.
