For me, most HOF pitchers's WHIP iirc is about 1.25. But that's starting pitchers.

I expect the guy who comes in at the end of the game to be fresh and dominant...1.22 isn't dominant enough for me.
He'd be out.
But that's a function of me not really caring about closer #'s yet since they're still 'youngish'.
