Not everyone can, in the sense that not everyone can be a good MLB reliever.

But in general, if you can be a good MLB reliever, you can be a good MLB closer. There are exceptions, like Rivera, Hoffman, Wagner, et al. Those guys are special, but it's not cause they're "closers", it's cause they're *good*.
