Do not ever order anything from TheCellShop.net. Just ridiculously bad. (rant inside)

So I ordered a new phone battery from thecellshop.net using Google Checkout, waaaaay back in November. The item didn't arrive in two weeks as suggested, so I contacted them. I recieved and auto-reply saying I'd be contacted within 2 business days. After another week, I emailed again, asking why I had not been contacted and what was the status of my order. After another auto-reply, I recieved an email apologizing for the delay (but not saying why) saying that order was would arrive in 2-3 business days. Oddly, the order status on Google checkout still says "unshipped".

Of course, a week later, no order. I sent a complaint to Google checkout, and they immediately refund my order. I figure I'm done with theCellShop, right?

A few days later, I get an email from their "service" dept (the same one who emailed saying the order would arrive in a couple days), asking to confirm that my address is correct so they can file a claim with the carrier. A couple days later, the same service guy emails asking what my "invoice" number is. I give him the Google checkout number (which is in the subject line of the email correspondence). Today, he emails back saying that is the "order number", he needs the "invoice number".

WTF? Don't you clueless f***os keep track of your own invoices? I'm not planning on responding to this clown anymore.
