Did you really find their story compelling or pull for them?

Almost everything word the army dude says is a cliche. The acting is uneven at best. The action was pretty substandard for a Cameron flick.

For as long as the movie was, it really didn't flow well. Some parts felt very rushed (the love story, the switches from avatar back to "real world") while others kinda meandered. There wasn't a point in the film where I was compelled at all by the script.
