I have no doubt that banks should pay for this misdeeds. I also have no doubt that banks will punish the consumers for it.

Same goes for telcos, credit card companies, manufacturers of snuggies, pizza shops. Really, everyone should pay for their misdeeds and nail the consumer.

I think they should be allowed increase fees 10/20% as well as having a moratorium on foreclosing on people for the next 5 years. -- nm - Loyola Jan 11, 12:02
