I was a big fan, and I think it's the right thing. just because a set of players did it and ptbs knew about it doesn't make it ok.

he made choices, he got caught, consequences happen.

from b2: I think the widespread use (reportedly something like 40-50% in some years) of amphetamines sort of evened things out. the other enhancers were more game-changing. when a group of individuals rose-up just so much faster and more notably than a mess of others, there was a greater impact.

that said, when I see some of the oldtimers, who likely were amphetamine users, going after the more recent users of enhancers, that doesn't sit so well with me.
