Ultimately I decided I want to be single on my Mexican adventure.

It's not at all because I plan or look forward to hooking up with people when I'm there. (No, really, it's not.) It's mainly because I don't want to be weighed down by massive boyfriend responsibilities back home. I never wanted to go on this trip with a boyfriend in mind, and because I didn't want to go on cheating him or myself, I had to let him know I still stand firm on my decision.
There's some other stuff that I came to realize we're not all that compatible about, and Mexico made me realize it's not worth dragging out.

You should leave the country without telling him and see what crazy messages he leaves in your voicemail.
