I think he's a very talented writer and I think his sketches and taped bits are great. I find his mannerisms unbelievably annoying.

Like to the point I can't really watch him. But I think this proves he's a smart and classy guy. I think Leno looks bad in all of this (and of course NBC). It was wrong of NBC to push him out in the first place, but he's been very clear since that he'd take his old spot back in a heartbeat and Conan should get out of the way.
