The hardest part, I would guess, is that us omnivores are used to being that way, it's habitual. So our recipes, the restaurants we like, the food we buy, includes meat. Trying to set up new habits, find new recipes, foods, etc would probably be the toughest part.

With a good support system (like kare/hazel bloom) I have no doubt you can succeed.
