So Al Davis hires him as Raider coach that didnt last long. The he was hired just last year by UT as there head coach and is now bolting after just having a mediocre season at 7-6 to USC which is one of the premire jobs in college football. In that one year he talked trash about UF had some minor violations at the school. And now he is going to a school that may be on the verge of some major sanctions which by the way happened when he was at USC.
