Phones are rarely exclusive to 1 carrier. Most lower-end models are available at many. The iPhone is exclusive in the US, but not everywhere

It's $180 if you go directly with T-Mobile, which seems the only logical choice since it's the only network that the 3G works on, iirc. -- nm
