TWuG's got an Irish real estate agent! (you realize how odd this is, right?) The house is very nice, though. Good find.

Nice finishes on the inside. Looks like a recent remodel. Quick way to tell? Ask yourself: How tall are the counters in the bathroom? We're American. We're too lazy to bend down to wash our faces so now we make tall bathroom counters.
