we have an exchange server housing our .pst files, but laptop users have a copy on their laptop that replicates from the server.

Is there an easy way to accomplish a backup of everything in Outlook?

  - The easiest way is to create a PST by adding a data file to his profile in Outlook and then just drag/drop (copy) all the folders and messages to it -- nm - oblique Jan 13, 13:35 4
