model is vastly different from the "market based" business model and vastly different from the traditional ed model.
the job isn't one that exists at many other campuses (n = 2), and the people in those jobs have been in the jobs for years, so nobody really can articulate what we need in an external candidate.
it's possible to learn corp fi on the job. it's not possible to learn market based ed culture on the job.
