On Shutterfly, a 12x12 book would cost me (assuming 368 pages):

Book (incl 20 pages): 43.99
Extra pages: 348 * $1.20 = 417.60 (However, if one "page" means 2 printed sides, then this number would be reduced by an extra 20 or so, and then halved)

Total: $461.59
