I head back to the states in early February and will actually be in the states for the month(though not home half the time)

yeah. the 4-year visa takes 4 to 8 weeks to process. I can go back on a short-stay business visa earlier, but it only lets me attend meetings, - mafic Jan 13, 23:59 2
