I never thought to try bowties, good idea. I use good ol' elbows, add butter, a bit of milk and slices of am. cheese from the deli.

Takes a bit longer to make but it's way better than anything you get in a box.

I'll eat the box stuff but homemade is so much creamier and cheesier.
