we just saw another round of staff cuts here today.

my boss called me in for a meeting when I got in this morning, "I've got some unfortunate news..."
almost gave me a heart attack.
...but it turns out one of the people I work with was let go, and he wanted to plan for a redistribution of responsibilities in that area. More work for me, yay!
