... I predict a bump at release as all the nerdy types buy them (I'd be tempted, I admit), and then an extended period of low sales. Maybe there'll be a killer application a year or two that will totally re-ignite the sales, though.

The tablet furor really feels like a media oversell to me. I'm just not seeing where the demand is coming from.

(I can see some specific use cases in the medical and military fields, and maybe restaurants, but for everyday home usage? Not there yet.)
