I live in the Grenadier/High Park complex - it's about 100m from the subway, which takes about 15-25 min to get downtown (depending which part of downtown). Rent is about $1100 a month, but we have been living there a while - it may be more expensive for new tenants. The neighbourhood is really good - like a small town within a big city.
The company also has other properties located at Yonge & Eglinton (a trendy but vapid area) and downtown.
