I would like to clarify that I have no problem with people without kids weighing in, at all. Having kids doesn't suddenly grant you debate eligibility

I find that people without kids tend to have unrealistic opinions of "best practices", to borrow a fun MBA term. I include myself in this, of course. -- nm
