True and yet, I still don't think I *really* raise my voice that much. My kids will say I yelled at them and I always think "they have no idea". My

father would lose his temper and YELL. I mean really yell. Face turning red, veins popping, yell. I elevate my voice some and get an annoyed tone some times, but I don't really yell.
