Well, when we own a condo and are looking at buying a house on top of it, I have to be cautious. :)

So in the short term, I'm looking at the following solutions:

- Helping other people crew their sailboats, either for day cruises or races
- Club rentals of smaller boats for day sails
- Continuing with 3-day/5-day/14-day courses with VIMA, which allow me access to their 28' (and larger) boats, and the instructor.
