why would it be 8 people flying 1st class?

I figure a CEO would never travel alone. Plus, when I flew on the company jet, it was almost never empty. Always someone in the company was also

A CEO position isn't supposed to be an end reward for years of work, they are being compensated for making sure a company thrives

The co mpany should reward financially. Then the CEO can buy a jet, and expense the company for his travel time and fuel cost.

Depends on the cost/benefit analysis. Is it cheaper to supply the employee with a car/jet or pay the expenses for him using his own? -- nm
