People demand convention tv to try something different and to innovate.

NBC tries something that was bold and innovative (even if predictably bad in hindsight).

It doesn't work and people crucify NBC for messing with existing formulas.

Do we blame NBC for the initial decision to try Leno at 10:00pm?
