construction on I-15. I've been told there are some 'doubtful' areas in North Las Vegas but PLP probably knows better.

Ceregon can tell you about local real-estate paperwork - and delays :)

My friends had a beautiful home west of I-15 and south of Charleston, but that was before the real-estate bubble.
