Obama's entire history has been to seize the moment and be the 'star'.

Maybe not with ideas, but his ideals. If his team couldn't figure this shit out up front; I'd fire every fucking one of them now for the simple reason they can't serve him if they can't see what they have.

1993 - you were going to lose that fight; the American people were not ready for Hillary-Care. They weren't clamoring for the demand so a nebulous plan of 'improve the overview' woulda stood a better chance than a huge detailed plan.

2009 - the american people were demanding en masse reform. He delegated to Dumb and Dumber.
