If the Dems do pass Health Care Reform, his popularity will go back up.

He's going to need to pull the Dems aside and remind them that they either need to pass the programs he was elected to enact or be out of a job come Nov next year.
The only way they don't get slaughter is to start getting shit done. Go populist and do whatever is necessary to get legislation passed. If that means changing Senate rules to strict majority then so be it.
