But if a private industry wants access to public coffers, they better be ready to a ridiculous ammount of scrutiny.
Yes, that includes asking if a private jet can really be an economic necessity. If this is a company, who is not asking for a handout, hell, give your CEO's personal jet-packs for all I care.
