Your mother is an adult, stop treating her like a child. If she's unable to care for herself, then you need to be the person to keep up with current

prescriptions. You seem to have taken on the job of taking care of her, so I'm going to put this to you bluntly. I realize she's probably on Tricare (hence the military hospital), but she's also on Medicare, which will pay primary regardless of where she goes. She needs to get a private physician and stop this clinic hopping bullshit. One of the biggest causes of illness in older people is over-medication or medication reactions. If you're going to a clinic where you don't necessarily have a primary care physician, that is much more likely to happen. As for the rest of her rant, if you don't think she was honest with the doctors, then YOU need to tell them what's going on. I'm curious, just exactly what did you want them to do with her?
