that joke was not just about dave, it's poky about badness in their personal life. last night's "joke" was a below-the-belt line crosser.

yes, they've both made jokes over the years about personal stuff for "personalities;" but, in this context, things were taken to another, lower, level. we know there is personal history between them, and it's way different than making a joke about celebrities or politicians.

jay can defend himself, and he can shoot back; but this particular brand of that is a scumbaggy, classless move. he chose to go there when dave has not.
